My friend Helen Hopley commissioned me to draw up the “Slinky” creatures from her husband Martin Roberts story as a gift to him for Christmas. It is always fun to work with friends and attempt to put images to their words.
This was a challenge as to show the scope of how big and weird these are while retaining some detailed understanding of what they consist of which is flesh and bone.
